Sublingual Absorption:

Gastric Absorption:
- Potassium and Magnesium: Once swallowed, the supergelèe gradually releases these minerals into the gastrointestinal tract.
- Potassium: Contributes to normal muscle function and the functioning of the nervous system, as well as maintaining electrolyte balance.
- Magnesium: Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to normal muscle function, and supports electrolyte balance.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 4 supergelèes per day, dividing the intake throughout the day. Savour the supergelèes in your mouth for at least 1 minute before swallowing.
